RENEW iNBOUND Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026 · RENEW iNBOUND LLC · Mukilteo, Washington

These master terms govern RENEW iNBOUND's website and the business services a client purchases from us. Your proposal, service agreement, order form, checkout, or other written authorization identifies the specific scope, price, schedule, and any special terms for your engagement. Please read both documents together.

1. Acceptance and incorporation into client agreements

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are between RENEW iNBOUND LLC (“RENEW iNBOUND,” “we,” or “us”) and the person or entity purchasing or using our services (“client” or “you”). An individual acting for an organization represents that they have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old to enter into an engagement or use the website.

You accept these Terms when you sign or electronically accept a document that references them; accept a proposal, order form, payment authorization, or checkout that references them; authorize recurring billing; submit payment after receiving notice of them; or purchase or use services after receiving notice of them. A referenced copy of these online Terms need not be reproduced in full in every client document. Your applicable client document and these Terms form the agreement for that engagement. A specifically negotiated provision in a written client agreement controls over a conflicting provision here. A service not listed in your client document is not included merely because it is described on our website or in these Terms.

These Terms also govern ordinary use of renewinbound.com. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of website personal information. The default referral partner terms are in Section 13 below. A separately signed partner agreement or individually assigned written commission plan controls if it expressly differs.

2. Services, packages, and scope

Depending on the purchased package, we may provide bookkeeping, financial-record and business support; strategy and consulting; UGC-style and other creator-led videos; scripts, editing, captions, clipping, articles, emails, and other content; press-release writing, submission, distribution, and media outreach; Media Rooms; SEO, search and AI-discovery visibility work and reporting; RENEW SELECT profiles, directory and lead-capture features; and related administrative or marketing services. We may offer one-time work, recurring retainers, tiers, bundles, add-ons, custom scopes, and promotions. Features and prices may differ among clients.

Only the work expressly included in your agreement, proposal, package, or later written authorization is included. Changes in scope, extra versions or channels, new concepts, reshoots, extra cleanup, additional distribution, travel, or other added work may require a revised scope and fees. Where practical, we will communicate material added charges before substantial out-of-scope work. Any protected-market, category exclusivity, geographic protection, priority, or similar arrangement applies only if expressly stated in a written agreement, subject to its stated boundaries and term.

3. Client cooperation and delays

You will provide timely, complete, accurate information, documents, financial records, account access, brand assets, product samples, footage, approvals, responses, and other materials reasonably needed for the agreed work. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and rights clearance of what you provide. We may reasonably rely on it without independent verification unless our written scope expressly requires verification.

Dates and production schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. They may shift because of client delays, revisions, third-party review, production needs, outages, or events outside reasonable control. We are not in breach for delay caused by missing materials, access, decisions, or approvals. Your inactivity or delay does not automatically pause a recurring service period or billing; any pause must be agreed in writing.

4. Bookkeeping and business support

For bookkeeping, you are responsible for complete and accurate records, timely access to accounts, source documents, explanations of transactions, and review of reports. We may rely on records and representations you supply. Cleanup and catch-up work, transaction or account volumes, reporting, strategy calls, and related tools are included only to the extent specified in your scope.

Unless expressly included in a separate written engagement and legally authorized, our work is not tax preparation or tax advice; legal, investment, securities, or financial-planning advice; an audit, review, attestation, or forensic accounting engagement. We do not verify every transaction for fraud or guarantee the detection of errors or misconduct. You remain responsible for business decisions, filings, regulatory obligations, and consulting appropriate licensed professionals.

5. UGC, video, and content production

Depending on the package, production may include strategy, concepts, hooks, scripts, filming, presenter or creator performance, editing, clipping, formatting, captions, graphics, articles, or related assets. The proposal controls the number, length, format, cadence, platforms, delivery dates, included talent, and included production work. An advertised example such as eight videos per month or two per week applies only when included in your particular package. Creative choices involve professional judgment and are subjective.

Organic social, website, email, paid advertising, whitelisting, creator-handle use, broadcast, and other usage are distinct rights; the written agreement defines what is licensed. Paid-ad use, extended usage periods, territory, exclusivity, raw footage, source files, editable project files, additional cutdowns, and talent or music rights are included only if expressly stated. Delivery dates depend on timely client cooperation and any third-party approvals.

6. Reviews, revisions, and approvals

The included number and type of revisions are set by your agreement. A revision adjusts work within the approved concept and scope; an entirely new concept, reshoot, added deliverable, or expanded use may be additional work. You will review drafts promptly and identify factual errors, unsupported claims, brand concerns, and requested changes. Your written or electronic approval authorizes the next production step or agreed publication or distribution, as applicable. If a deadline for feedback is specified in your agreement, delays may shift the schedule.

7. Client materials, claims, and compliance

You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for material you supply or approve, including trademarks, logos, footage, photographs, music, testimonials, likenesses, product information, and other intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to use those materials to perform the authorized work. You are responsible for the truthfulness and substantiation of factual claims about your business, products, pricing, results, testimonials, health or financial matters, and other regulated statements you supply or approve. Tell us promptly about required disclosures, restrictions, and corrections. Each party will comply with laws applicable to its own conduct, including advertising and privacy requirements.

8. Intellectual property and deliverable usage

You retain ownership of materials you brought to the engagement. We retain our pre-existing templates, systems, processes, methods, know-how, software, working files, and other background intellectual property. Third-party stock, fonts, music, platforms, and other licensed components remain subject to their own license terms.

After payment in full, you receive the ownership or license to final approved deliverables specified in your written agreement. If that agreement does not specify ownership, we grant you a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the final paid deliverables for your business's ordinary organic website, social, and email channels, subject to any third-party or talent restrictions disclosed in the agreement or deliverables. This default license does not include paid advertising, sublicensing, resale, source files, raw footage, our background intellectual property, or rights we do not own. We may incorporate our background intellectual property into a deliverable, in which case we grant the limited right needed to use that paid deliverable as authorized. We may withhold final files and suspend usage rights while payment remains overdue, to the extent allowed by law and the applicable agreement.

9. Portfolio and promotional use

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we may display publicly released final work and reasonable excerpts of completed work in our portfolio, website, social channels, case studies, and sales materials. We will not disclose confidential financial records or other nonpublic client information through that use. This permission does not override any written confidentiality, talent, or third-party license restriction.

10. Press releases, syndication, and media outreach

Press services may include drafting, editing, submitting approved releases to a distribution network, reporting on placements, and researching or pitching journalists, publishers, or podcasts. Distribution networks and participating destinations can change. Some packages expressly include guaranteed syndicated press-release placements for releases accepted under the network's editorial guidelines, including packages advertised as 500+ placement distribution. An express placement commitment in your written package governs that package; it is distinct from independent editorial coverage. Network review may require edits or reject a release. We will identify any package-specific remedy for a missed express placement commitment in the applicable agreement or resolve it as required by law.

We do not guarantee that every network destination publishes, retains, indexes, ranks, or displays every release, or that any named outlet participates in every release, unless your written package expressly promises it. Publishers and networks control acceptance, wording, placement, labeling, timing, and removal. Earned-media coverage, journalist interest, interviews, backlinks, traffic, leads, sales, and other editorial or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Placement reports reflect information available from the network or publisher at the time reported.

11. Media Rooms and hosted assets

If included, we may create, host, manage, or maintain a branded Media Room containing releases, company information, links, articles, and media assets. The agreement states the included hosting period and updates. After cancellation, a hosting-only continuation may be offered at our then-current separate fee or the fee in your agreement; it is not automatic. If hosting ends or is unpaid, we may disable or remove the Media Room after reasonable notice where applicable. Before the end of hosting, you may request copies of client-owned materials in a reasonably available format, subject to payment and third-party rights. Continued public availability of a third-party placement is outside our control.

12. Search, SEO, AI discovery, and reporting

We may structure, publish, distribute, and optimize content to support online discoverability, search visibility, brand presence, and the chance that information is found or referenced by AI-powered search and discovery systems. Some packages include AI indexing services, prompt-based visibility checks, or reports that show mentions, position, cited sources, and descriptions for selected platforms and prompts at the time tested. Such reports are snapshots, and methods, sources, and platform behavior can change.

We do not control search engines, AI models, indexing, citations, generated answers, recommendations, or algorithms. We do not guarantee appearance in ChatGPT, Google AI experiences, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, Grok, or any other service; nor any ranking, citation, backlink, domain-authority score, traffic, lead volume, or revenue. No particular social views, reach, engagement, followers, virality, conversions, or sales are promised. Past examples do not predict future results.

13. RENEW SELECT, profiles, leads, and referral partners

Eligible packages may include a RENEW SELECT profile, directory or listing presence, message and lead-capture options, or other visibility features stated in the applicable agreement. Enhanced placement, priority, lead access, and profile features may depend on an active eligible package. Unless expressly agreed, there is no guaranteed listing position, exclusivity, number or quality of inquiries, geographic match, conversion, customer relationship, or revenue. Leads may be incomplete, duplicate, or outside your preferred market. Eligibility and pricing may vary by package. You are responsible for your response to inquiries and for handling prospect information lawfully.

Default referral partner program

The current default RENEW iNBOUND referral commission is 20% of eligible payments made by an attributed referred client, for payments made within the first 12 months after that client signs up. A commission is triggered when the referred client completes a qualifying purchase and payment, not merely by a click, inquiry, or signup. A qualifying one-time payment may earn one 20% commission; qualifying recurring payments may each earn 20% during that 12-month period, while the client remains active and makes eligible payments. The applicable Referly commission plan and any written partner-specific agreement identify eligible products, attribution, payout administration, and any exclusions. No particular number of referrals, payments, or earnings is guaranteed.

This 20% default rate is reflected in the public referral signup and commission-plan display. A separately signed partner agreement or an individually assigned written commission plan controls for that partner if it expressly provides different terms. Changes to the default rate apply prospectively and do not reduce commissions already earned on qualifying payments. Questions about attribution or a commission should be sent to info@renewinbound.com.

14. Third-party platforms and links

Our services may depend on hosting, social, advertising, accounting, video, press, search, AI, payment, directory, or other third-party systems. We cannot control their outages, policies, algorithm or API changes, account restrictions, editorial choices, removals, or data retention. We are not responsible for third-party websites reached through links on our site, their content, privacy practices, or services. Review their applicable terms and privacy notices. Nothing here excuses our own failure to perform an express obligation within our reasonable control.

15. Fees, payment authorization, and recurring billing

Your agreement, proposal, checkout, invoice, or written offer states fees, payment timing, and billing frequency. Pricing may differ based on scope, volume, complexity, package, custom work, legacy terms, or promotion. Where recurring billing is selected, you authorize the charges described in the accepted billing authorization for the stated frequency until changed or canceled under your agreement. You will keep a valid payment method and accurate billing information. We will not raise an agreed recurring price during a committed term except as the agreement permits; later changes require notice and apply prospectively as permitted by law and your agreement.

16. Failed payments, additional costs, and taxes

We may retry a failed authorized charge and notify you to update payment details. For overdue balances, we may pause work, withhold unpaid deliverables, or suspend hosted services after any notice required by your agreement or law. A client delay or failure to use available services does not itself stop agreed recurring charges. Unless expressly included, outside expenses such as ad spend, distribution fees, software, stock assets, travel, filing costs, and special production costs are billed separately only as authorized. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, or similar taxes legally due on your purchase, excluding taxes on our income.

17. Cancellation, changes, and termination

Your applicable service agreement controls term, renewal, notice, cancellation, downgrade, and package-change procedures. Changes may take effect at a future billing cycle; prior promotional or legacy pricing may no longer be available. Cancellation does not erase charges already earned, incurred, committed, or due. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, abuse, misuse of services, failure to cooperate that prevents performance, or reasonable operational or reputational risk, subject to any notice and cure rights in the agreement or law.

On termination, unpaid invoices remain due, work stops, hosted services may end, and access provided for our work should be revoked by the account owner. Rights in unpaid deliverables do not vest. Provisions that by nature should continue—including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and accrued rights—survive. We will handle any return or deletion of confidential materials as agreed in writing or required by law.

18. Refunds, billing concerns, and chargebacks

Fees for completed or performed work, reserved production capacity, committed third-party costs, and completed distribution are generally nonrefundable, except where the agreement says otherwise or law requires. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at info@renewinbound.com so we can investigate promptly. We ask that you make a reasonable effort to contact us before a chargeback, but this does not waive any right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or any right that cannot legally be waived.

19. Confidentiality, credentials, and data

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's nonpublic confidential information and use it only for the engagement. This duty does not cover information already public without breach, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, approved for release, or required to be disclosed by law (with notice when legally allowed). Your confidential financial records will not become marketing content without your express approval.

Where you authorize access to financial, website, social, software, advertising, or other accounts, we will use it only as reasonably needed for the contracted work. You retain account ownership and are responsible for appropriate access and security practices; you should provide role-based access where available and revoke it when no longer needed. We will use reasonable safeguards for information in our possession. The website Privacy Policy separately describes website personal information.

20. Results, warranties, and limitation of liability

Business, marketing, PR, directory, bookkeeping support, search, and AI visibility results depend on factors outside our control. Unless a specific written promise says otherwise, no particular publication, ranking, lead level, financial result, conversion, or commercial outcome is guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” and implied warranties concerning the services or website are disclaimed to the extent they can lawfully be disclaimed. We do not disclaim an express written commitment or a warranty that law does not permit us to disclaim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, opportunities, business, or data, arising from the engagement or website, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a website-only claim where you paid nothing, our aggregate liability is limited to US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, and do not limit a party's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be limited. If a remedy fails of its essential purpose, limits apply only to the extent enforceable. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

21. Indemnity and events outside control

You will defend and indemnify RENEW iNBOUND against third-party claims, reasonable costs, and damages to the extent arising from client-supplied materials or claims, your infringement of another's rights, unlawful conduct, or use of deliverables outside the authorized scope, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct or breach. We will promptly notify you of a claim and allow reasonable control of its defense, subject to our right to participate and to approve any settlement that imposes obligations on us.

Neither party is responsible for reasonable delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, major outages, government action, labor disruption, or widespread internet or platform failure, if it gives reasonable notice and works to resume performance. Payment already due is not excused merely because such an event occurs.

22. Legal and general terms

We are an independent contractor. The engagement does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or authority for either party to bind the other. Washington law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us to attempt an informal resolution. Consumers retain any nonwaivable rights of their place of residence, including any applicable European Union mandatory protections.

If a provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain effective and the invalid provision is interpreted as narrowly as needed to be enforceable. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law. You represent that your use of our services complies with applicable U.S. sanctions and trade restrictions.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. For a material change affecting an ongoing engagement, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' advance notice, consistent with the prior Terms; a change will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter fees, deliverable rights, or other accrued obligations. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. A client-specific written agreement controls a direct conflict. These Terms, together with incorporated client documents, are the agreement on their subject matter and supersede earlier general website terms for new engagements.
